John and Ian opened for business at Unit 4 Motors in May 1981. They had both resigned from their technicians jobs at a local  Renault main dealer based in Bletchley.

They both served their aprenticeships with Perry's Ford main dealers. John in Bletchley and Ian at Harrow and Wealstone Branch.

They now run  one of the best known independant garages in Milton Keynes.
